These Terms of Service govern the use of the Klyrio service and website. By accessing or using Klyrio, you agree to these terms.

Klyrio.ai is owned and operated by Foundry Partners LLC, a Nevada limited liability company.

The service

Klyrio is a communications automation service designed for licensed medical clinics. It supports administrative phone and SMS workflows, including inbound and outbound calls, appointment reminders, missed-call follow-up, scheduling support, and similar administrative communications.

Clinic responsibility for consent

Clinics are responsible for collecting and maintaining patient and contact consent before sending automated calls or SMS through Klyrio. Clinics must honor opt-out requests and other consent preferences.

Compliance responsibility

Clinics are responsible for complying with applicable healthcare, privacy, telecom, and marketing laws, including but not limited to local consent, disclosure, and recordkeeping requirements.

No emergency use

Klyrio is not designed for emergency communication. Patients should call 911 in the United States or 112 in Poland and the European Union for emergencies.

No medical advice

Klyrio does not provide medical advice. Klyrio does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, or prescribe medication. Clinical decisions remain with licensed healthcare professionals.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messaging
  • No spam, unsolicited marketing, or harassment
  • No use for emergency medical care, diagnosis, prescriptions, or triage
  • No use that violates carrier or platform rules
  • No use that violates the rights of third parties

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foundry Partners LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues arising out of or related to the use of the service.
